房間不錯，乾淨整潔寬敞

We spent two nights at the Courtyard Pearland and didn't enjoy our stay. We were in town visiting family and wanted to be nearby. We arrived to the hotel around 8p and there was no one at the front desk to check us in. We waited about 5 minutes and someone from the Bistro came over to check us in, but she couldn't make us keys. I tried mobile check in to use a mobile key, but that wasn't working so we had to wait a few more minutes for the front desk clerk to show up and make our keys. Every time we we passed through the lobby and the two times we went to the lobby to get coffee and to check out, again there was no one at the front desk. The room while spacious had a strange layout and the bathroom door wouldn't stay open without using the doorstopper. But then it was a hassle every time you had to close the door. Also, there's only one hook behind the door to hang one towel and no other options. Lastly, when we got to the room, the air conditioner was set on 61 degrees and freezing! It was hot in Houston this weekend, but that felt really wasteful to just have it running and set at 61. Pros The hotel is well located at the mall and easy to get to from the freeway. Also, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Cons Check in was a hassle and the front desk clerk was MIA. Also, the issues with the bathroom door were annoying and having nowhere to hang towels added to the frustration. We won't be back. This is my third poor experience at a Marriott property in a row so I just canceled three future stays at other Courtyards. Not sure what's going on with them lately, but certainly disappointed to say the least.

Nasty dirty rooms. We stayed the weekend and it was the worst. Their head housekeeper, Edwardo was rude as all get out and he lied and told us there was no lost snd found and I immediately went downstairs to the front desk snd found out that he lied. The staff there is super rude and horrible. GO STAY ANYWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU LIKE DIRTY, DARK CRAMPED ROOMS!

I stayed here over the weekend to visit my daughter who lives nearby. The check in was fine but then things quickly went down hill from there. Many of the lights in the room didn’t work and neither did the TV. I can deal with limited lighting but I had to have TV so I called down to the front desk. The same attendant who checked me in, Adina, rudely answered the phone in an irritated manner and hung up on me before I could fully explain my concerns. Maintenance was sent up to my room and the guy was incredibly nice and helpful but he couldn’t fix my TV. So they had to move me to another room. Adina’s horrible attitude impacted my trip for absolutely no reason at all. Guests should be able to call the front desk without worrying if they will annoy the staff. Especially for the more than $335 I paid for two nights. I didn’t feel very welcome because of her.

I chose the hotel because it was close to where I needed to be in Houston, but the bonus was being located in Pearland Town Center with all its shops, restaurants and other nearby businesses. There was not a lot of traffic through the hotel and I didn't use any amenities. Parking was free and plentiful. The room was basic. The AC unit was very loud but it also provided constant white noise. It was a decent stay.

Worsts Marriot ever stayed at, dirty and not aviable parking you have to park long way also rooms i have to beg to get it cleaned , never admit of a mistake but it is by far worsts hotel stayed at , avid by any chance. I stayed for 7 days they didn't clean the room ever

Staff needs more training. The main reason why I would never recommend is that the safety measures are appalling. Someone is going to get killed there.front door opened well past midnight when access should be controlled w key card, teens people riding elevators without swiping key card, someone was able to get a key to my room without providing identification-. I refuse to return.
